Villa "El Balcon", built in 2000. Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Baena, in a sunny position on top of a hill. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden 100 m2, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, tennis, floodlit, table tennis. In the house: billiard table, table football, central heating system, air conditioning. Stepped path (2 steps) to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km. Golf course 70 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The tap water has no drinking water quality. There is a large terrace in the garden with sunshade and bar area with barbecue, sink and minibar. Music system in the garden. The swimmingpool cleaning is done with an UV rays system. Table tennis table. Table tennis/tennis racquets and balls as well as 3 bikes (2 adult, 1 children's) available to guests. Magnificent panoramic views of the town of Baena. There is an access road to another house at the entrance of the property.

House in the countryside above Baena (5 min) very spacious with a large garden in which there is a tennis court & a large swimming pool (a little cool at the end of October). Ideally placed for traveling by car & visiting Cordou, Jaen, Ubeda, ... The house is comfortable, on 2 levels, the bedding is good. The only downside is that not being gifted in Spanish I had difficulty understanding and making myself understood by Mr.

The complex is located in the middle of olive groves and is very nice, exactly as described in the pictures. If you need rest and relaxation, this is the right place for you. For us, we were 4 people, this was exactly the right accommodation.

In general the house is very good. Spectacular exterior. The only thing that needs to be improved are the bathrooms in the house. In neither of them was it possible to put the shower telephone and the one with the jacuzzi did not drain well. They deserve a reform.

Really great place for holiday with kids or only adults. Calm area with beatiful sights on near Baena town. Only one minor minus for lack of toleration due to covid situation, on June when we consider to change of date/cancel of our holidays we hear that there are no possibility. Second minor minus for not so nice smell of canalisation in the garden especially in the morning.

Very nice house, we spent a very pleasant week at Christmas. Very well equipped and functional nothing to say, very clean and quiet. Welcoming owner and available if needed. The house must also be very pleasant in summer considering the equipment.

We had a group of 7 people and the house suited us well, we had 2 more bedrooms left. Admittedly, for a larger group, only 2 toilets might have been a bit small. Great scenery, large pool, tennis, etc. games ... didn't even have time to take full advantage of everyone. Grilled outside in the evenings. There were 4 cats in the yard of the house, one of which was like a domestic cat in power. They were given food, so kindly feed Miumiu and the guys! Nearby Zuheros was a great excursion & place to eat!

House was immaculate and beautiful. Loved the property. Clean and very well maintained. Spacious, great layout, lovely pool. It had everything we needed. Only downside was that the Wifi stopped working after a few days, which wouldn't have been an issue, except the weather wasn't fantastic during our stay so we did use the Wifi
