For shared use: garden lawn, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Tennis, basketball. In the house: lift. Airport transfer (extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Puerto Marina 1 km, Benalmadena 1 km, Malaga 16 km, Aqualand/cocodrilo Park 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.

It was pretty good, close to the beach and with a really cool pool. Fairly clean and with more than enough utensils for cooking. Furniture a bit old, but for holidays we don't need more, comfortable beds (except the pillows that are low). You have to be careful with the air conditioning, because it condenses a lot and if you don't realize it, it drips and falls to the floor below water through the terrace, but putting a large bottle of water solves it. We liked a lot.
