In the resort 700 m from the centre of La Herradura, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach, south facing position. For shared use: swimming pool angular (16 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-21:00). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning, washing machine. Communal covered parking space n 14/19. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, café 700 m, bus stop 1 km. Sports harbour 2 km, marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, surf school, sailing school 700 m. Nearby attractions: Nerja, Frigiliana, Almuñecar, Marinas del Este, Alpujarras, Granada. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: La Viñuela. Hiking paths: Sierra Tejeda y Sierra Almijara. Groups of teenagers on request only. Beautiful holiday home with stunning sea views and a lovely communal swimming pool. Good air con in the rooms and place for car in parking lot. Directions at the end not entirely clear. Called about key transfer; turned out to be in a locker on the fence. Went on fine. House neat, with nice beds. Kitchen utensils: 1 paring knife and 1 cutting board was a bit meager. Classic coffee machine available. Convenient roof terrace with furniture and parasol. Lounge sofa not comfortable.

Modern, spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and good facilities. Great views over the bay from the terrace and air conditioning in all rooms. Nicely furnished and good parking. There is a need for a few sharp knives in the kitchen for cooking as only one small sharp knife. We found the hot water wasn’t sufficient and ran out after two short showers. The hot water tank was small. A 10 to 15 min walk to the centre and quite steep on the way back. Watch out for traffic as no pavements.

We were 6 people to spend the weekend for work and disconnect too! The very quiet urbanization and away from the town a few minutes from the beach n car, and the community pool was just for us, the clean and new house, we have enjoyed it!

We have just returned from La Herradura staying in the lovely holiday home. It was such a good place to stay. Very very clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot water plentiful. The Interhome representative ... was excellent, keeping us informed and answered questions promptly. I would thoroughly recommend this holiday home.
