With glass balustrades so nothing gets in the way of your vista, it's the showstopper at this place near Robyn's Beach but it's far from the only thing we love about it. There's a superb private pool too, and a state-of-the-art home cinema system so you can screen some of your favourites in comfort.

Inside, this stylish home is all about bright whites and contemporary furnishings – think glossy kitchen units, a striking modern dining table and a big leather sofa. The open layout in the living space makes it perfect for socialising and a wall of sliding patio doors opens it up to the magnificent terrace, where you'll find a barbecue, an outdoor dining table and comfy seating – not to mention sea views you may find it hard to drag yourself away from.

From here it's just a short walk or drive to the rocky coast, Beta Beach or Camps Bay Tidal Pool, or head just a little further to the superb, sandy Camps Bay Beach. Table Mountain and the city centre are within easy reach by car too.
