Newton of Forgie is a peaceful cottage located in Aberlour, Moray. Hosting two bedrooms; one double and one twin, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. To the outside, is off road parking for one car, and a garden to the rear with a patio and furniture. Area
The town of Aberlour rests on the banks of the River Spey, followed by scenic countryside. Noted for its presence on the Whisky Trail, you will have the pleasure of visiting the many distilleries. For an adventure, why not take up fishing on the local rivers or enjoy a lovely stroll past the selection of wildlife. Aberlour is a great base for exploring this region of Scotland.

Shop 6 mins walk and pub 9 mins walk. Note: This property has a highchair, Travel cot and baby gate available on request. Please note: If you are making a short break booking, it must start or finish on a Saturday with the exception of Christmas or New Year. The cottage was beautiful, in a very convenient location, and extremely comfortable and well-equipped.. The owner was very helpful with directions and called to check everything was all right when we first arrived. I'd happily return for another stay.

A real Gem of a cottage.. More homely than our own home. Very helpful host. About 5 minutes walk to the Spey River and the same for the Aberlour Distillery.

Wonderful cottage and a great place to stay, we really enjoyed our stay here.. Perfectly placed for the speyside whisky distilleries, Aberlour is a lovely town. The owner Rachel was on hand for any queries and help. I hope to rebook and stay again in the future. The whole process from start to finish through Sykes Cottages was seamless and easy.
