Killin village is known as an extremely attractive place, surrounded by the stunning landscape of the Trossachs National Park.

The village itself is home to the Falls of Dochart, which can be viewed from the village bridge and make up the western part of Loch Tay. The loch, which measures fifteen miles long, is the largest loch in Perthshire, and offers visitors the opportunity to try windsurfing and sailing, as well as being home to a shingle beach which can be found at the far end of the lake in Kenmore.
