The cottage is situated just off the main street within the village, just a few minutes walk of the excellent local amenities including shops, a pub and restaurant.

There are two golf courses and some fantastic walks for all abilities from the front door into the Pentland Hills and along the old Roman road. Glentress Forest which is ideal for any mountain bike enthusiast is only 18 miles away where bikes can be hired, if you prefer to bring your own bikes there is complimentary lockable storage at the property.
