Note: The Cottage is situated in the grounds of the owner's home, but is sufficiently secluded to allow for privacy. One well behaved dog accepted at a supplement of £15. Note: Should guests prefer, there is one outside kennel and a run that's able to accommodate 1 dog. If you cannot add your pet at the time you make your booking, please contact Sykes to add your pet/pay any supplement. Note: The property is accessed up three small steps. Note: Max 4 guests plus one infant. Note: This property can only accept bookings of 3 nights or more. Please note: During the summer months, the property has a charcoal barbecue available.

Area
The small border town of Duns is set in a wide valley known as The Merse and was once the capital of the Scottish Borders, when the current capital, Berwick-upon-Tweed, was under English rule. The town offers a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst the Jim Clark Museum is open to the public in honour of the famous racing driver who lived in the area.
