The open-plan living area has a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, the dining area has seating for four guests, and the sitting area has a TV. Outside there's an enclosed garden with a gravelled area and bench, and off-road parking for two cars. Three well-behaved pets are welcome but must be kept on a lead in the area due to the property being on a working farm, however smoking is not permitted. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Within 5.1 miles you can find a shop and pub. Star Croft is a traditional holiday home for an idyllic farmland break.

Area
Watten is a small hamlet in Caithness, Scotland, in the far north of the country. It is an area of wide open spaces with small single track roads connecting villages. Watten is located between the bustling towns of Thurso and Wick and is well-known for its large loch, which is teeming with brown trout. During the fishing season, permits can be obtained locally. The small village has a busy local pub/restaurant called 'The Brown Trout,' as well as a Post Office. The area is ideal for walkers, cyclists, and wildlife watchers, and it is close to Wick for shopping and dining.
