Location is great for the area and quiet regarding neighbours and with forest walks next door. All amenities inside which was great House is totally acceptable but dated and imo would benefit from being decluttered and updated regards curtains, carpets, bedding and bathrooms.

Our second time staying here. Good sized property. Good, quiet location. Well equipped kitchen and lounge with games, maps and books. Only slight problem was the toilet seat in the downstairs en-suite is broken. It was broken the last time we stayed too. Unless you sit on the seat you wouldn't notice. Not sure how to report it. Otherwise, perfect for our needs, and we will be back.

The property was clean, spacious; light and airy. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and laid out. The lounge was a good size with ample seating. However, the information folder hadn't been updated since 2016 and conflicted with the information in the utility room regarding glass disposal, which had to be removed by the guest staying. There was strict instructions not to tamper with the heating, however it came on at obscure times.

Great location at the end of a quiet cul de sac with woods to the rear. The property is spacious and very well equipped and during a cold,snowy week, the heating was very effective with lots of hot water. The house was clean on arrival and plenty of room for parking. Would definitely book again.
