Problem on arrival to collect the keys and the address because the one indicated on the documents was not the right one. We did not have the owner's contact details and the only number we had was not responding. Fortunately interhome was reachable to provide us with the contact details of the owner. We never received the travel documents indicating the arrival formalities, only the invoice twice despite two emails. a time slot (between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.) was set for arrival when in the end the keys were in a box for which a code was needed. so we did not see anyone on arrival or departure.
