The room was warm, the beds and bedding really comfortable. Once we figured out the hot water, it worked great. It was quite rainy during our stay and the only table is outside. We managed to stay dry, but I would suggest trying to fit a table in the kitchen area. Kitchen area was very practical .he best part is the view on Loch Ness. Overall, really nice stay.

The room is really small for 3 people. The view and location is nice for breakfast if the weather is nice. There is no room in case of rain. The outdoor lighting is not functional. There is no heating.
