Arriving late in the evening, in the rain, not an issue, however if the outside light was on a sensor it would have made things a lot easier to unlock the small key safe and made for a pleasant arrival.. We also received an email, requesting the arrival time, we assumed this was so the heating would have been put on to make our arrival nice and cosy! Being in the hospitality business ourselves, it appeared with the long list of do's and don'ts was a little unwelcoming. We felt very uncomfortable that if we did not leave with everything done, we would be charged, as we had to leave really early this was a challenge.
Obviously in hospitality, we all need to make a buck or two, but good/excellent service does play an important role in this.
Based on the above, we would find it very difficult to recommend to our friends
