There is a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a ground floor twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom. Owners will need to be advised 21 days before arrival re twin/double layout requests..The farmhouse also has a kitchen with dining area, a dining room with an open fire and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage and a lawned garden to the front and side with furniture. Rottal Farmhouse is a wonderful base for your peaceful holiday in Scotland. This property has a £200 Good Housekeeping Bond payable 7 days in advance and the owner will return the £200 within 7 days of the holiday ending providing the cottage is left in the same condition as on arrival

Kirriemuir is a lovely red sandstone town in the valley of Strathmore, offering a fine variety of shops, hotels and pubs, surrounded by some of Scotland's most unspoiled landscape. The birthplace of novelist JM Barrie, whose house is now a museum looked after by the National Trust, and there's also a statue of Peter Pan in the town centre. Kirriemuir also offers an Aviation Museum, Glamis Castle and the historic Pictish Stones at Meigle.
