There is a bathroom with a bath, separate shower, basin and WC. There is kitchen with dining area, two sittings rooms and a games room with a snooker table. Outside there is one acre of garden with a raised decked area and furniture. There is a large courtyard to the rear. There of ample off road parking. Ellon is some 16 miles from the City of Aberdeen and is situated on the River Ythan. It provides excellent local services with a good selection of shops, hotels and restaurants. The Riverside Park offers walkways alongside the River Ythan.

This house really is faultless. My wife booked it for my birthday and it was perfect for all of us. One beautiful beach is three minutes drive away and another six minutes. We spent loads of time in the games room. I would recommend it to my friends and family without a doubt.

A fantastic property in great location for exploring local beaches, castles and coves.. The house itself was furnished to a high standard. Games room and second lounge is a bonus and a lovely place to unwind after a long day. The owner is very helpful and thoughtful touches like a book explaining how all the machines work, even though he does explain it all on the walk through when you arrive, also the bottle of fizz for the adults and milk for the children was greatly appreciated.

Booking online through Sykes from U.. S.A. was great. Having a seven hour time difference we didn't have to worry about business hours etc.. Any and all questions were promptly and courteously answered via email. This house was awesome. Everything advertised is true. We (5 adults) really enjoyed our time here. Too many positives to list! You just have to come see for yourself!

We visited this holiday house this past week and I cannot even begin to explain how amazing this place is. With 6 adults and 2 children we were always hoping for enough space so we weren't on top of each other and this house certainly delivered that! With a massive garden for everyone to run around in and a games room for extra entertainment we were never stuck for things to do! On arrival we were given the grand tour and the owner Gary was extremely welcoming and gave us excellent local knowledge on things to do! The house was immaculate and it's surroundings are hard to describe as they are so beautiful! Thanks for an amazing stay and we will definitely be recommending here to everyone!

This house was top notch for space comfort and was extremely well equipped - it had everything needed for a relaxing stay.. The surrounding area had great coastal walks and fishing, a Parkrun in nearby Ellon as well as Brewdog brewery. What's not to like. Even the teenagers were impressed which really says it all.
