New Kendal is a lovely cottage resting near the town of Inverurie in Aberdeenshire. Hosting three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with wood burner, along with a mezzanine. To the outside is off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and hot tub. Situated in a scenic setting and close to local attractions, New Kendal is a memorable retreat in a wonderful part of Scotland.

Area
Inverurie is a charming village with a monthly farmers' market, also offering a great selection of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an 18 hole golf course. The city of Aberdeen lies within easy reach and is a memorable day out for everybody with its notable buildings, beach and a links golf course. The Cairngorms National Park is also worth a visit, and ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. This is an ideal base for exploring Scotland's best features.

Lovely cottage. Modern, clean and has everything you could expect. A lovely welcome gift of cupcakes and prosecco. Also tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Two spacious bathrooms and three bedrooms. Hot tub was lovely and cleaned and the host maintained daily to ensure hygienic at all times. Local area very interesting with lots to do. I will definitely return here.

We had the most unforgettable week at new stedi. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed and more. Diane, the owner, was very helpful and friendly with nothing at all ever a bother. We absolutely loved the hot tub! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

In a lovely rural setting, Nef-Stedi is all it appears to be online, - and more.. A friendly welcome followed by a quick tour of the house to explain a few things from owner Diane and we were left to enjoy ourselves. The accommodation is excellent with comfortable beds and lovely sparkling clean bathrooms with powerful showers and lots of quality towels provided. Pretty much everything we needed was in the kitchen and we enjoyed the experience of the super hot tub - accompanied by a glass of bubbly! A good selection of plastic glasses was provided to use safely around the pool; an example of the care and thought that has gone into equipping this property. Useful utility room with washer and tumble dryer. Lovely area, with plenty of places to visit. Castles, distilleries, beaches and wildlife hot-spots (seals at Newburgh beach and Spey bay for dolphins) all in around an hour's drive through the attractive countryside. Would definitely recommend Nef-Stedi as a base to explore Aberdeenshire and beyond. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Well what can I say about Nef-Stedi what a place we was welcomed by Diane who might I say was most helpful (thank you) she shown us how everything worked within the property she also had a lot of information of what to do in Aberdeenshire the welcome pack was a massive hit the kids loved the cupcakes.. The property itself is a home from home if not better beds shower the hot tube were all amazing we couldn’t of asked for any better a all around amazing place. Peaceful nice views and much more it’s a great base to adventure around Aberdeenshire which we did but also went further a field we really enjoyed our time at Nef-stedi and can’t wait to return don’t delay book today !!!

From arrival at this stunning home we were made to feel enormously welcome. The house was beautifully clean and tidy and the underfloor heating was on and kept our toes toastie. The welcome gift basket, prosecco and cupcakes were a fantastic surprise. The modern, light and fresh decor was delightful but still maintained a homely and comfortable feel. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery and glasswear for every occasion and utensils to suit every cooking situation. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable with fresh and clean linens. Each room had a pile of towels which included enough for hair and hand towels which is a huge bonus as a group of girls! The bathrooms were modern and immaculately clean. The high water pressure and uplifted temperature from the solar panels was phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our evenings in the hot tub. The water was changed ahead of our stay and treated daily to ensure it remained hygeinic throughout our time at Nef-Stedi. The roof covering meant that we were able to stay comfortably in the hot tub irrespective of the rain! Soft fluffy towels were provided for our use along with plastic glasses. There are also cupboards of books, dvds and board games which if the weather was poor you would have no worries keeping entertained during your stay. We would definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Amazing house and beautiful tranquil location.. We had an incredible stay at Nef-Stedi for my dads 50th birthday and Christmas. Thoroughly enjoyed living in this modern house, everything about it was perfect! The facilities were outstanding. Would recommend this venue for anyone wanting a relaxing home away from home. Wish we had discovered it sooner, we will definitely be back!

Ned-Stedi has everything you can possibly need to have a great stay.. The accommodation is amazing and the personal touches were lovely. The owner was very welcoming and provided plenty of information to make our stay great. The bedrooms are spacious , the kitchen well stocked, the under floor heating was fantastic on a cold day and the hot tub a perfect place to relax.

Nef-Stedi was superb.. Very comfortable accommodation and beautifully furnished. The underfloor heating was fabulous and just what we needed as the weather turned very cold as we arrived. It didn't stop us using the wonderful hot tub though! Only regret? Not a long enough stay!

From the moment you arrive at Nef-Stedi you are made to feel very welcome. The Nef-Stedi hosts (Diane, Rob & Family) are simply golden. Amazing welcome basket and the lodge itself was scrupulously clean, fully suited and booted to easily a 5* standard. However, if indeed you do need any additional help, Diane is more than happy to genuinely assist - there is also an excellent instruction/guide book to peruse at your leisure. As a working Mother of Boys - some things are essential - GOOD WiFi, space to burn off energy and strong power showers! Nef-Stedi had this covered. Excellently appointed bathrooms, extremely comfortable bedrooms - as I said - Home from home. I am normally dubious of holiday rental hot tub hygiene, but Diane was meticulous, from making sure the PH was balanced, to the over-all daily operation. So when my guys were kicking a ball around out front. It was simply bliss to relax with my hubby with a glass of bubbles (plastic flutes provided) in the hot tub knowing it was sparkly clean. I cannot stress how accommodating Diane was - we hosted our sons 19th birthday party bbq at the lodge, again everything we needed was to hand - and a superb time was had by all. I would highly recommend taking some time at Nef-Stedi - my family are regular travellers and we know a gem when we see one - this place was simply fabulous. Also...LOVE The Sheep !

We stayed whilst working in the area.. It was a great place to stay with great facilities. The showers were really good and the beds comfy. It was a little tricky to find ( due to the post code either being wrong or a sat nav fault. Also couldn't get the microwave to work but minor details given how nice it was

Rob & Diane were wonderful hosts & Nef Stedi was a perfect retreat.. Welcome pack on arrival was great, as we're the cup cakes. Yum! But the piece de resistance was the hot tub. Perfect way to start the day & lovely to relax in, in the evening. Will be sorely missed!

The accommodation was excellent.. The kitchen appliances were easy to operate and the bedrooms were beautifully prepared with plenty of towels. Separate towels were even provided for the hot tub. The welcome pack of prosecco and tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cakes and biscuits was greatly appreciated. Inverurie was nearby with a choice of supermarkets. The house is accessible to many National Trust properties and with Newburgh beach nearby there was plenty of interest for adults and children alike. Diane made us most welcome and we would like to thank her for allowing us the use of her lovely property and for all the advice on things to do with children.

WHAT A GORGEOUS PLACE! ! My family and I spent a fabulous weekend in this beautiful accommodation, the hot tub is the best and the place was immaculate and the owner has thought of everything to make your stay so special. We arrived to home made cup cakes and a bottle of Prosecco and even ice in the fridge so thoughtful. The accommodation is set in the countryside but is only 5 mins drive from Inverurie which offers a Trampoline park which the kids loved. We cannot wait to return. Thank you Nef-Stedi :)

We had a wonderful stay at Nef-Stedi over New Year.. The cottage was lovely and modern and had everything we needed. The hot tub was fantastic as well and the shelter over it meant it could be used in any weather! Thank you for such a great stay we would love to come back again in the future.

Nef- Stedi was a last minute booking (the week before Christmas) - what a find! Had a fantastic time, lovely to arrive to a decorated Christmas tree and welcome pack to get us started. Well equipped and modern accommodation finished to a high specification. Was great that additional towels were provided for the hot tub so we didn't have to pack any - one less thing to think about when you are travelling a distance. Under floor heating makes the property lovely and warm even in the cold and snowy conditions we had - felt very cosy. We look forward to returning sometime soon.
