The hosts were very friendly and responsive and allowed us early check in when our flights were changed which was very much appreciated. Lovely house and pool area and very clean but a little tired looking in places. Would benefit from a few cupboard basics for those first few days ie dishwasher tabs, bin bags, salt and pepper, cooking oil. Great location for shopping, beaches and algarve attractions.

Location great, pool great. View great, Villa clean inside no welcome package very dated needs uplifting, beds uncomfortable, shower drain needs looking at keeps flooding while having showers, hot Water hit and miss, pool table needs replacing, not enough sunbeds for 8, all furniture and TV are old, I would rate this villa at 5/10.

Nice large pool, beautiful view, convenient to Almancil and beach with car. Nice terrace, but no shade spot. Inside everything is a bit dated. Glasses, pans and kitchen not clean. Disturbing hum of clock oven and refrigerator. TV sound quality is very poor, almost unintelligible.
