Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, pergola. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking on the premises, single garage. Shop 2.2 km, restaurant 650 m, sandy beach 12 km, indoor swimming pool 3.4 km. Marina 17.5 km, golf course (27 hole) 14 km, tennis 2.5 km. Very good home inside, great location with all confort. ouside and pool side is really in bad shape, concrete broken, HIGHLY slippery flooring around pool. Outside garden poorly maintain, need a serious cleaning outside is require. BBQ need to be replace, it's falling a part and all broken. Otherwise location is great and housekeeping lady is perfect and very responsive. Overall all good but serious need of renovation outside the house and around the pool.

The house is very quiet in a large property/garden and offers a beautiful view towards the sea. The furnishings are functional and comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. In cool weather, the air conditioning has to work hard, so it quickly gets cool and damp in the rooms. The kitchen cannot be heated. The house has nice seating all around and a wall around the property. The access road is poorly signposted, we only found the house through persistent searching.

We have stayed in this house several times and it is still almost perfect. The view of Loule and the sea - fantastic. Furnishings complete and good. Only the outdoor furniture is now a bit old - could be renewed... Unfortunately, it was quickly occupied again and not bookable for and this time.
