The holiday home was beautiful, the view was a dream. We didn't lack anything. The landlords I. and I. are super nice, Ivar gave us a tip about where we could go hiking by a lake, and the place was actually really beautiful! We'd love to come back! A little tip for vegans and vegetarians: it's best to go shopping in a bigger town in a bigger store (eg Spar or KIWI). Unfortunately, the two stores in Balestrand don't have a huge selection.

Perfect family vacation with dog! Magnificent panoramic views of the fjord and mountains. Quiet and far from the road, our dog was able to run around safely. With the well-equipped, rented boat, we were able to fish for pollack, cod and other fish every day. More space in the hut than expected, comfortable and sufficient facilities. Wifi, TV with German channels, washing machine, freezer, microwave available. Very friendly, generous and animal-loving landlady. Recommended!

This is a small and super cozy place to stay. The equipment is extensive and good. The property is directly above the fjord with a great view.
