Cosy timber house. In the district of Årviksanden 19 km from the centre of Jondal, 113 km from the centre of Bergen, in a sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 200 m from the sea. Private: natural state property, meadow. Grocery 19 km, pebble beach 1 km, lake Lambavannet 1 km. Nearby attractions: Trollzunge Odda 47 km, Rosendal 60 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Folgefonngletscher 35 km.

Satisfactory because the toilet room smelled of a cadaver. When the window was open, the smell was largely gone. Otherwise, the accommodation was good.

Beautiful cottage with a wonderful view. However, the owner should clear out the hut and check it technically. When we arrived, the light in the bathroom didn't work at all, only partially in the kitchen. The existing kettle is unusable, a coffee machine is not available. The closets cannot be used because they are just stuffed up. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Despite all this, the two of us had a great holiday here.
