The property is great, with a great view of the lake and is quiet (despite the nearby road with little traffic). The house could have been cleaner (basic cleaning). Blankets were stained. The toilet was a bit cold at times (but this is due to the weather). The bathroom was uncomfortable. Keep in mind that even when it's raining, you have to cross the yard to get to the toilet. The toilet is quite high for children, but otherwise everything you need was there.

The house is beautifully situated right on the large Oggesee. There is a canoe at the house that can be used to explore the arms of the extensive lake. There are many secluded spots for picnics and swimming. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower is small but usable. We had some difficulties with the incineration toilet when the house was fully occupied with 6 people, which was sometimes a bit overwhelmed.

We had wonderful days in Norway. The house is a bit old and could be modernized a bit, but if that doesn't bother you, you can have a great time there. The view and the peace and quiet make up for the overall impression. The local contact person comes straight away if there are any problems with the house.

Very simple cottage. No bath, no drinking water and the first floor needs renovation. BUT the location, the view and the garden is incredible! Living room and kitchen is cosy and has everything you need. The owner is very nice and helpful. Sailing on the lake is just wonderful. We would definately go back.

We should be guests in the Ogge holiday home for 9 nights in summer 2021. The house is very comfortably furnished and is located directly on a lake with private access. As described, there is no shower/bath and the toilet is a "outhouse" that is about 10m away from the main house in an outbuilding. A furnished terrace with a fantastic view invites you to linger. Everything is very simple, functional and somehow “mugly” furnished. You can find everything you need.
