We got in touch with the landlord after our arrival. There was an old filter in the coffee machine, full of mold. He replied that he would clean it up, but nothing happened for the week. Short instructions came with the request for help with the TV, but due to an error message, it still didn't work and no help was given. The whole house was hardly cleaned, we still found rubbish everywhere. Furnished differently than described.
