At this impressive home, nothing stands between you and the stunning Oaxacan coastline. Wake up to sea views from your bedroom (and maybe catch sight of the resident sea turtles). A dip in the pool or hot tub might be your idea of a perfect day, but there's the option of water sports on the semi-private beach, while little ones will love the indoor and outdoor play areas. Avid surfers, take note – you're just a short drive from the world-famous waves at Zicatela beach. You can also enjoy indulgent chef-prepared meals upon request for a fee.

Home truths:
*While not all the bedrooms and bathrooms have been photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Three of the bedrooms contain a California King bed, and a fourth bedroom has two California King beds facing each other. The bunk bed is a single over double, which can sleep three. Portable A/C is provided in each bedroom.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
*Towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome at this home for free, but please note that there are resident dogs and cats here. They live outside on the surrounding property. 
*There are noise monitors in the gated community, but they only measure decibels and don't record. There are also external security cameras.
