For shared use: property 3 ha (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, 2 swimming pools (25 x 12 m, 100 m2, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, beach volleyball, children's playground. In the complex: bar, WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Parking at the house on the premises, communal covered parking. Grocery 800 m, railway station "Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 21 km, sandy beach 650 m, thermal baths "Bibione Thermae" 650 m. But wasn't that clean. We're not picky, but there was still sh*t hair in the bathroom from don't know who. What with smaller children who still like to play on the floor not so great. The pillows are more like cinder blocks everyone had a headache from them. The facility itself is great and the kids had fun.

When the keys were handed over in the agency, the contact person had a bad cold and spoke to us without mouth and nose protection. Very inconsiderate. 2. The bed linen was stained and smelly. We were told in the agency, very annoyed, that they could bring the laundry and get new ones. There was no sign of any promised services. 3. Pool was closed and you couldn't even lay something in the sun. Was booked with pool use. The other guests were also dissatisfied

We were in the facility in 2018 and 2019 during the Pentecost holidays. The complex and the holiday homes are clean and have everything you need on holiday. The small bistro offers delicious snacks for in between and there are a variety of restaurants in the vicinity...the Athmosphera in the pedestrian zone is highly recommended...The path to the beach can be created in 5 minutes and leads through a small pine forest or just take the shuttle bus right in front of the door.
