The apartment and the balcony were very dirty. WLAN was not (as promised) available. Apartment was not on the ground floor but on the top floor. There was no barbecue area. There was no numbered parking space. There are no sunbeds or umbrellas at the pool. The facility itself is very beautiful. The key handover is a disaster - pure mass processing
