Michelangelo Apartment 5

After several visits as a family, we have to say that the service has deteriorated significantly: a deposit of 50,- EURO was always required for all of us, now we had to pay 50,- EURO for each person???!!! Furthermore, the gentleman took this deposit from us - in cash 50,- EURO for each person and stapled the money together???!!! Another thing was that the air conditioning did not work, or rather: it only cooled, but did not heat, in the morning when the temperature is around 6 degrees, it would have been useful. No WiFi Unfortunately, we will not be back!

Great complex, fantastic pool, supermarket just around the corner. The apartments are a bit simple, but perfectly adequate. We'll definitely be back. The value for money is really excellent.

Nice two-story accommodation, spacious, 2 bathrooms, clean everywhere, key handover without any problems, everything in order, we are extremely satisfied.

The apartment was OK, the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The pool was clean too. But the keys were a big minus. There was no key for the back door, so we had to lock it from the inside. We didn't have a key for the toilet and only had a key for the door from the outside. We didn't need WiFi, but there wasn't any either.

Unfortunately, we didn't even get the complex. Apparently there were technical problems. The local agency gave us a 3-room apartment instead of the 4 rooms we had booked. And another complex that was the last one. We were in Bibione 12 times in different complexes. The complex that served as our replacement is not worth the money. We don't want to have anything to do with the travel agency anymore. Unfortunately, I can't report directly on M.

The apartment has everything you need. The pool was clean and the kids had fun. We'd love to come back next year.

Friendly and very helpful staff. We stayed over the Easter period and perhaps for this reason they weren't organized in the best possible way: there were no blankets, the gas cylinder was empty, the remote control didn't work... We called and they immediately came to fix everything. Another sore point: no cleaning products!!! Although we had final cleaning included, I think a small dish of washing up liquid, toilet roll, sponge and tea towel would be appreciated

The location of the apartment is great, the pool and the complex too, the apartment itself is not that great. Air conditioning works badly, insulation of the apartment disaster. Pictures in ad other like vacation rental true. Address did not match the apartment received either. TV only Italian available. Internet not available at all. We would not book there again.

The location and size of the property was good. The inventory (kitchen, walls, bathroom} Bad and not cleaned.
