Unfortunately, there was a considerable lack of cleanliness and equipment plus considerable (also by us not remediable) odor nuisance in the bathroom. Even if the offer was very cheap, the standard should at least be maintained. Even a gift of wine handed out after a complaint was lodged on site cannot make up for this and we are really not overly fussy.
