Nestled in the heart of Umbria, this contemporary home boasts panoramic countryside views. Comprising two buildings rented as one, it’s a great choice for a group or family with older teens. While the swimming pool here is shared with guests at a neighbouring farmhouse, you’ll have a private terrace to enjoy. The industrial style of the main home might not be to everyone’s tastes – it isn’t the cosiest of spaces – but it gives you plenty of square footage to enjoy. Location-wise, you’re sandwiched between the historic towns of Perugia and Assisi, both within a twenty-minute drive.

*This home comprises a main building – with a kitchen, living room, mezzanine suite for two people, and bathroom – and a second building – with an independent entrance, two connecting bedrooms, and two bathrooms – rented as one.
*One of the en-suite bathrooms is integrated into the bedroom so privacy is limited. However, the WC is separate.
*The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are shared with guests staying at a nearby farmhouse. They are available for use from June to September and aren’t fenced – if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*You won’t find a washing machine at this home.
