Located on the ground floor, this apartment offers everything you could need for a fuss-free stay. There's a compact kitchen for prepping light bites, and the fireplace adds a touch of rustic charm. Another bonus is the optional sofa bed, which comes in handy when travelling with the little ones. Well-placed for discovering the best of the region, you'll find a handful of towns less than 30 minutes' drive away, plus local bars and bistros, too. All in all, there's a lot to like about this home in the heart of the Italian countryside.

*You'll have access to the on-site terrace, gardens and swimming pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents. The swimming pool is only available from mid- to late May until the end of September, depending on the weather.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking here.
