Nestled in the Umbrian hills, this villa offers an exceptional Italian experience. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and boasting 360° views, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing gathering with family and friends. The villa features terracotta floors, oak and chestnut beams, and original fireplaces. Outside, you’ll have a pool to cool off in, and a garden pergola for dining alfresco – there’s also a pizza oven, barbecue, and a herb corner. You can even collect fresh eggs and veggies from a nearby farm, to supplement the figs and plums from the orchards – this really is an idyllic Italian escape.

*We recommend bringing a car to get the most out of your stay. The nearest supermarket is 3.5 kilometres away. The last 800 metres to the villa is unpaved and uneven in some places.
*While not every bedroom or bathroom has been photographed, we expect the style and standard to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.
*This home is spread over three floors, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. There’s one ground-floor bedroom.
*There’s air conditioning in the studio and the top-floor bedroom. The other bedrooms have fans.
*The twin beds in bedroom five can be connected to form a double bed if preferred – just let your host know when you book.
*Your host can provide two cots and high chairs for little ones.
*Mobile signal can be patchy, but this home has wi-fi.
