Agricultural estate "La Vittoria". Property composed of main house and outbuilding 17 km from the centre of Cortona, 35 km from the centre of Città di Castello, 40 km from the centre of Arezzo. Private: property 2'000 m2, well-kept garden (fenced) trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 25.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (2 km via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house at 20 m. Shop 10 km, supermarket 17 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 40 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner has a dog. The tap water has no drinking water quality.

If it is to visit Tuscany, it is too far from the excursion points. We had average weather and had to heat up as it was 15C in both houses. The very efficient gas heating, nevertheless cost 320 euros more to be paid in cash on the day of departure. The house is also very quiet, it is divided into 2 independent houses. The equipment is basic and the beds are average. But we had fun finding ourselves in a beautiful and wild countryside.

Beautiful apartment, impressive landscape and views. Unfortunately, the sight and supermarket are difficult to reach: 30 minutes on a winding road. Signposted hiking trails are paved roads.

The property is very secluded in a beautiful area. An outdoor seating area with a large table invites you to linger and eat together in the cool shade. The pool is very clean and has comfortable loungers. The 2 houses were ideal for 2 families. On the way to the main road you will meet wild boars, foxes and many other animals. Those who like seclusion will get their money's worth.

Overall the stay was great, the only exception being the lack of mosquito nets in the rooms and air conditioning. During our stay it was very hot and a little cool in the rooms would have been great. Overall everything was perfect, even the owner was exceptional in satisfying our every request.
