Beautiful, cosy on a vinyard "rustico" cottage "San Fabiano Calcinaia", surrounded by fields and vineyards. 3 apartments in the property. In a hamlet 6 km from the centre of Poggibonsi, 8.3 km from the centre of Castellina in Chianti, outside the resort, in the countryside. Private: small garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees. In the house: washing machine. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog.

It was a pleasant stay in a very quiet location. You don't really come into contact with the actual owners of the winery, but Lucia takes care of everything. The apartment is furnished in old charm and is spacious. Unfortunately, there is no oven as described in the equipment. So baking bread rolls is not possible. The access route on a gravel road may be a problem for some drivers, but not unusual in Chianti. Recommended

The house is a bit isolated in the vineyards. We had a very nice and very relaxing week there. This is for anyone looking for romantic solitude. We were already received in Poggibonsi and therefore had no problem finding the winery. The service office is located directly on the winery, so you can contact them directly if you have any questions, even in German if you don't speak Italian. We'll definitely be back.

2nd stay. still as magnificent as ever. Very nice apartment which unfortunately lacks maintenance, especially on the kitchen side. Only one electrical outlet in height for the coffee maker and the toaster. Bulb holding with tape. Ramp of lighting above the grilled sink. Lots of mosquitoes. The problem could easily be solved by mosquito nets. 3 windows are provided with them but not the double bedroom or the bathroom. Too bad because the apartment is full of charm. The cleaning also leaves something to be desired. Thank you to the key manager who was charming
