- very spacious and beautiful house with 3 bathrooms - clean and very well equipped - very large and well-kept area - the landlord was always available to answer questions - the key handover and return went smoothly - the landlord was always available to answer questions - big plus - we arrived about 2 hours earlier than agreed; a quick call and the landlord was there in about 15 minutes and handed over the house to us :-) - GREAT - the pool was cleaned regularly

Beautiful Tuscan house with a central location in relation to Florence, Siena and Lucca. As it should be, the house is Italian furnished. Everything is there and works, but is outdated. No problem at all for us. The views, the tranquility and the lovely large swimming pool have given our stay a golden edge! Keyholder is very accessible.

The property, location and views are wonderful. However, the house as such is getting a bit old and should be upgraded urgently. With a few repairs of a new kitchen as well as contemporary showers and beds, the house would be a dream.

Tegliaia is a spacious house, beautifully situated in the countryside. The owners are very nice people. The house feels a bit like faded glory. It could use a major cleaning (the walls of the bathrooms were downright dirty, the toilet bowls too) and one day it would need a handyman to fix all the little things like loose toilet seats, wobbly tables held together with beer mats etc. The pool is also beautifully situated, but the pool also deserves a major cleaning. There was a very dirty edge at the water's edge. With a little effort the owners can turn this house into a beautiful holiday home. It is then a fantastic house. We had already asked questions about cleaning in advance. Apparently nothing has been done about it, unfortunately.
