E. and her team are friendly and welcoming people but the facility is poorly kept no functioning tv, no washing machine, no microwave, not enough kitchen utensils. The wifi wouldn't work! The gardens seem abandoned, dogs and cats left random. I made good friends with viola the dog but not all my family members felt comfortable with it. This place could be much better with little more attention to detail.

due to circumstances there was only 4 whole days. Park is very nice, lots of space, true paradise!! In the house I missed a kettle, and some types of pans. We still got the kettle on request. Owners park very helpful ol.

The place hosts apartments but also a restaurant as well as a place that hosts events and which is located a few steps from the apartments. In three days we had: wedding, baptism party (very lively in Italy) and Latin music on board, all until midnight with the volume very loud. Some equipment was defective when we arrived: ventilation hood, leaky sink. There were 3 knives but about fifteen forks. We also had a mouse in the apartment. The equipment was repaired during our stay and the mouse may still be there because we shortened our stay the next day. I do not recommend this accommodation for families with small children or for people looking for the calm of the Tuscan countryside.

As a base to discover Tuscany, this house is suitable. However, the finishing of the apartment is very sloppy and there is overdue maintenance. Although we had booked a house, we got two apartments. That was not always practical. Swimming pool and garden are certainly ok. And although it is stated on the website that the costs of the air conditioning are charged separately, in practice this was simply included in the price.
