The view from the apartment is more beautiful than in the photo. The apartment itself is fine, the kitchen is new. The owner is a nice lady, very kind and helpful. The island is beautiful

The view is wonderful! The bed and mattress were good. The air conditioning worked fine after we repaired the remote control. The toilet flush didn't work. We also repaired it to some extent. The terrace smelled like a sewer. All the furniture was ancient. Lots of useless old dishes and old stuff. On the day of departure we had to pay 50 euros for the parking space, which was not agreed upon! Conclusion: no go

The location of the accommodation is a dream. Unfortunately, the furnishings and equipment are showing their age. The cleanliness could still be improved, but overall it was decent. The landlady on site is very friendly and helpful. She only speaks Italian, but this is not a problem with a real-time translation app.

living room and kitchen with about 40 year old furniture; chairs worn out; kitchen utensils an impertinence; just as old as the furniture, unappetizing the pots, chopping board, etc. sink totally scratched basin due to age. All crockery that the guests apparently not used is dusty or greasy. The other cleanliness was borderline. The sheets have been washed so many times that after one night they smelled bad! 2 blankets to unreasonable! Extra bed too short 150cm!

Elba is a paradise island. This holiday house was perfect for us. It had everything we expected. To have breakfast on the terracce was amasing.
