We enjoyed the peace and quiet surrounded by olive trees. The landlords are very nice and hospitable. The garden area is separate but the landlords, who live on the upper floor, walk through the garden when they wash and hang up laundry. So you are not completely alone.

well located 20 minutes from Siena. It is a bit isolated but in the countryside. communication very limited or even impossible because the owner does not speak English

It was perfect! We really enjoyed the time in the apartment. Everything is there that you need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is very well equipped, so that you can also prepare small meals. Loving details can be found throughout the apartment. I would love to come back!

The house was as described, everything you need was there, except for a coffee maker. But the problem was not unsolvable. The landlord unfortunately only speaks Italian, but with a little English, egg translator app and hands and feet that was also possible. The area is fantastic and many sights are easy to reach. All in all it was a great vacation.

Very nice in a nice environment. Close to Siena. Warm welcome and charming owner. Olive oil and wine of the property not tampered with! The only downside: mosquitoes! Despite this, I recommend this very clean rental with linens provided.

House in a very quiet location in the middle of rural Tuscany. Less favorably located if you like to enjoy a terrace in the evening because there are no nearby places. But of course you can always go to Siena which is about 20 km away. And it is also best to arm yourself against the mosquitoes because they are present in abundance.

Very nice home. Friendly and available owner. The place is very pretty and well placed to visit Siena, Perugia, Assisi and the surrounding hilltop villages. An address that I recommend.

The apartment has been beautifully restored with great attention to detail and has a beautiful bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. The living area is not very comfortably furnished. This was not so important in our case as we only sat and ate on the beautiful terrace. The kitchen equipment could be a bit better. There was no sharp knife here, for example, but this is appropriate for the preparation of the meal. The landlord is very friendly, but only speaks Italian. We understood each other anyway.
