Inside, the lower floor has a living room with a fireplace and a fitness area with a sauna, while the upper floor houses a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, study, and bedrooms with private bathrooms. The villa is close to shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Alberese Nature Park, 30km away.

*The home is spread over two floors with stairs, so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
*Due to the rural location, you'll need to hire a car to get around. There's private parking at the villa for up to two cars, as well as an EV charging dock.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. The pool is heated between May to September.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
