Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance. Above Calceranica, in a hamlet with 2 houses, 3 km from the centre, 9 km from the centre of Levico, 22 km from the centre of Trento, in a secluded, sunny position on a slope, 4 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: natural state property with meadow. Barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). 250 m long bumpy motor access. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, railway station "Calceranica (Trento-Bassano)" 4.5 km, pebble beach "Calceranica" 4 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km, thermal baths "Vetriolo Terme" 22 km. The house was as described, very nice, welcoming, on two floors with a truly spectacular view. The kitchen has everything you need but there was no washing up liquid, not even dish soap and sponge which we had to buy. There were no shower towels which was a problem. We were charged €6 per cubic meter for gas consumption (against an average of €0.50/0.60), a mistake.

The apartment is surrounded by greenery and you can start hiking right outside the front door. Caldonazzo Lake is a 5 minute drive away and perfect for cooling off after a hike. The apartment was clean and is really nicely decorated. Communication with the landlady was fun because she only spoke Italian, but with Google translator and a few words of Italian/German it was no problem at all. Everything was wonderful and we will definitely be back.
