3-family house "Florian Pia", 1'325 m a.s.l.. In the resort Pozza, 44 km from the centre of Bolzano, in a central, busy position, located by a road. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 250 m, railway station "Bolzano/Bozen" 44 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km. Ski lift, gondola lift 600 m, ski bus stop 150 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Pozza di Fassa: Buffaure (Sella Ronda) 600 m, Pera di Fassa: Vajolet (Catinaccio) 1.7 km, Campitello: Col Rodella (Sella Ronda) 8.5 km.

The living-dining area is very small. As a living area, there was only an old sofa that was in the kitchen. Kitchen without oven. There are problems with the water supply in the village, so that the water pressure in the pipes sometimes drops to 0 (both hot and cold). Bathrooms and rooms were fine. Apartment was clean.

Generally, when it comes to price-quality ratio, it's OK. More was not to be expected. Only capricious heating was a big drawback. The hostess, cordial and seamlessly completed the equipment that was supposed to have the facility.
