Campitello: Beautiful, comfortable residence "Des Alpes". 3 houses in the residence. 400 m from the centre of Canazei, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, along the wooded area, 600 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01.12. to 01.05.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, bus stop 150 m. Gondola lift, ski rental 600 m, ski bus stop, cross country ski track 150 m. Nearby attractions: Sella Ronda 600 mt, Lago di Carezza 23 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The photograph shows a typical example. The apartment is located in an excellent position to move towards the center of the town or along the paths without using the car .. convenient closed covered garage under the condominium. The only flaw is the 3 floors to walk every day without a lift (4 floors from the basement garage). I do not recommend it to those with newborn children or elderly people.

The courtesy is excellent, while the structure and furniture are average. For the structure there is no lift (the apartment is on the 4th floor) and after a day's walk you feel in your legs. While the furniture is very basic, there is no dishwasher and hot water is . Another aspect that is missing is the wifi connection.
