2-family house "Demetz". 600 m from the centre of St. Ulrich / Ortisei, 4 km from the centre of Santa Cristina, 36 km from the centre of Bolzano. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Shop, bus stop 200 m. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 850 m, mountain railway 1.4 km, ski lift 850 m, ski bus stop 80 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Seiseralm 850 m, Seceda 1.4 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

This apartment is spotlessly clean , well furnished with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen . It is within walking distance to town with beautiful views from all windows. The host lives downstairs and is friendly and helpful. The only thing to be mindful of is that there are no amenities whatsoever so make sure to bring/buy everything such as kitchen cleaning goods , bathroom soap etc. we had a brilliant 5 nights in this lovely unit .

Nice people, nice apartment. Kitchen is a bit shabby. In addition, the high payment of the "nebenkosten" to the residents is an unpleasant surprise. You think you have rented an apartment for an x amount and then you are confronted with extra high costs afterwards. Not really funny

Отличное месторасположение, рядом остановка ски–буса для тех кто без машины. Очень жизнерадостная хозяйка. Квартира большая и чистая. Можно ехать 2–мя семейными парами и прилично съэкономить, так как, кроме 2–х спален, есть отдельная кухня и гостинная!
