This villa is made for pure tranquillity. The tropical garden and saltwater pool are perfect for lazy afternoons drifting between swims, snoozes on the loungers, and barbecue lunches in the shade. Step inside and you’ll find a calming, character-filled space, complete with a massage room for a proper holiday switch-off. And the location really seals the deal – you’re just 30 minutes from Noto and ten minutes from Syracuse, so you can hop between golden beaches, ancient sites, and waterfront trattorias in minutes.

*While not all the bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*The ceiling in the loft room is on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests.
*Additional services are included here, such as a welcome drink, midweek cleaning and towel change, and daily pool and barbecue maintenance.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. It's also only available for use from Easter to the end of October, and is heated free of charge.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and a high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
