You'll stay practically within touching distance of the island's cathedral, and popular sights like the Temple of Apollo and Castello Maniace are less than ten minutes away. Though it's more functional than homely inside, the small private patio is a highlight, offering you the chance to start your day with coffee in the sunshine. Plus, you won't be able to resist a soak in the custom-built stone bathtub after a day on your feet. You won't lament the lack of an oven either – it's the perfect excuse to indulge in fresh seafood in a local restaurant.

*The maximum occupancy of this home is two adults and one child up to 12 years old. At full occupancy, the child will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 7am.
