As shown. The garden of the complex is perfectly maintained and beautiful. The pool was very cold during this period (Sept/Oct). The bedrooms are equipped with everything, otherwise nothing is missing in the house. However, the kitchen equipment reminds you of a flea market and looks a bit dingy. New inventory would be overdue here. The hostess was very friendly, but doesn't speak any other language apart from Italian. Nevertheless, everything worked smoothly.

This 3 bed villa is very well laid out with a private enclosed garden and pool. We were very comfortably and enjoyed the place a lot. The owner is very helpful and even took us out around the vicinity to point out the landmarks and best restaurants! We would happily come again here, it is well located with the beach very close by

A very good place to visit the most beautiful city not only in Italy, Cefalu and other attractions of the island. Quiet, peaceful and high comfort. I recommend to all who are not fans of "all inclusive".

Very warm welcome from the owner. When we arrived, he was waiting for us with a basket of local products. The house is perfectly equipped, impeccably clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The pool area is very pleasant, the garden well maintained. No noise pollution although the house is in a housing estate. Nothing to say, we had a very pleasant week.

Italian decorated, neat large garden, clean house and a lovely swimming pool. A nice helpful owner, there was a welcome pack ready for us. Great to start the holiday like this. A downside are the mattresses, there is a plastic layer in it that makes you sweat a lot ... This is easily solved by putting in a bath towel, otherwise good mattresses and good sleep. We will be going back here someday!
