With views of the Sicilian countryside and the town of Modica, this villa has a fantastic outlook. Spend your days relaxing by the large swimming pool or cooking meals in the outdoor kitchen. And as sunset approaches, you can enjoy drinks on the terrace with its olive trees and festoon lights. Inside, we love the light-filled open-plan living space, as well as the second seating and dining area – both rooms have great vistas. When you want to explore, historic Modica is just around a five-minute drive, while idyllic beaches are only twenty minutes away by car.

*This villa is set over two levels, and there are steps down to the pool.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here. Also, one bedroom has a small double bed, so it's only really suitable for one adult.
*While two of the bathrooms aren’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking here.
