A little old (kitchen appliances). But otherwise everything is very pleasant. Lots of space in high rooms. You immediately feel "at home". Terrace with fantastic sea view. 15 minutes drive to Menfi for shopping etc. Very quiet in autumn.

The rooms are two (not three), one of which has a mezzanine with a double bed, in the bedroom the net was broken. There are two bathrooms with very comfortable showers but without a bidet. The house is full of knick-knacks, the kitchen equipment (pans and pots) is outdated, oven and fridge dirty, food residues were present and not from other guests. Splendid terrace, very nice beach reachable in 15 min. on foot via an impervious path between the rocks.

Very difficult to find, environment takes getting used to, our advice is to read the house instructions carefully, otherwise it will be expensive (garbage / air conditioning)

The holiday home is in a great location with a great terrace and two large bathrooms. The bed is a disaster and has certainly been around for a few years. You can feel the springs and every little movement. The air conditioning is old and so noisy that at night it is better to leave it alone and use the ceiling fan. At this price you can expect to buy a new bed! In addition: you pay extra for air conditioning and towels! WiFi very bad.

If you are looking for an authentic Sicilian place, far away from the pleasing Tuscany feeling, with everything you need, you will love it here: a fantastic view of the sea, a wonderful sandy beach that can only be reached via a rocky path, cultural highlights and archaeological sites not too far away ...We really enjoyed our week here as a couple.

The holiday home is classically furnished and is cared for very carefully by the owner family who lives next door. However, a very good professional distance to the guests is maintained if guests want it that way. The landlords themselves only speak Italian. The apartment has a very impressive view of the Mediterranean Sea. Unfortunately no direct access to the sea. The really beautiful beach can be reached on foot via a serpentine and by car in 15 minutes.
