Holiday Rental Description

Close to Sicily’s Ionian coast and Mount Etna, roughly halfway between Catania and Taormina, this villa is in a superb spot for exploring this corner of the island. Once a winery, it retains much of its traditional charm and has been lovingly restored into a warm and welcoming holiday home. It’s set over two floors, both of which open to the sunny garden, and offers ample space for a group getaway. There’s a spa area too, which has a gym, a sauna and a Turkish bath where you can wind down after working out – or skip the gym and head straight to the sauna.

Home truths:
*While there are ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms here, there are steps to the entrance and between some of the living areas, so it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*One of the bedrooms has two single beds which can be pushed together to form a double on request.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool can be heated in the summer months by solar panels and has lighting so you can swim at night. There's a changing room with a bathroom and shower near the pool.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Covered parking is available for up to three cars.
