Beautiful cottage "Nanai", built in 2009. 7 km from the centre of Baia Sardinia, 12 km from the centre of Arzachena, 12 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, on a slope, 2.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 14'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow. Outdoor shower. 30 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach "L'ea biancha" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, sailing school 9 km, riding stable 7 km. Hiking paths: San Panataleo 7 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Despite the beautiful location, the house is not convincing. The kitchen was very poorly furnished (the only kitchen knife was a bread knife!). And otherwise the kitchen was poorly equipped (e.g. no salad cutlery) and what was there was old and dingy. On the other hand, the elderly lady who lives in the adjoining apartment took great care of us. Certainly ok for visitors to the Costa Smeralda, but if you want to avoid it (which was the case with us) you have to accept longer journeys.

very nice quiet location, large garden with beautiful vegetation. For nature lovers like a painting. Can only recommend.
