Private: property with wildlife garden and trees. Outdoor shower, barbecue. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking at 30 m on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, sandy beach 500 m. Marina 1.5 km, tennis 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.

The villa has a beautiful sea view and is perfect for those seeking tranquility. We were very satisfied.

In the outdoor area it had 1 garden sofa and 2 lounge chairs + 2 deck chairs, the upholstery was missing. The house had a lot of ants (including kitchen drawer). To combat this we had to buy ant traps. Lots of dead mosquitoes in the house. No mosquito net, no fan. Bed linen (2 sheets). Old, uncomfortable pillows. Waste separation: too few containers & lid defective). WLAN labeling not written down correctly. Siphon in the bathroom dripped, rags had to be unthreaded every day.
