The house is beautiful, very good location to the beautiful beach. But the noise from the adjacent club complex is unbearable. Often until after midnight there was still sound from the entertainment there. Also during the day again and again animation. In the house everything was good except for the kitchen (here you can't really cook for more than 4 people, overall rather moderately equipped). The "service" with the key collection is very limited (officially only from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.).

The house was very clean and is like newly built. The windows and doors all have double glazing (good heat and noise insulation). Please note when the key issue in the center is open, because it is not too long and what you still have to pay in cash on the spot (e.g. small animals, 20 EUR per person) Beds are very comfortable. In 2 rooms there were double beds with double mattresses and in one with two single mattresses which could be made into two single beds. There is electric heating and cooling in all rooms and two in the living room so you never get hot or cold. The location of the house is 4 km from Costa Rei center, which was not a problem for us. Sandy coast is about 300 meters away and is about 8km long. This part is really great because it's wide enough and not everything is occupied by sunbeds. Much much better than near Costa Rei center where everything is occupied with sun loungers in the summer. What to bring, since we didn't have them in our house (We read the other reviews and had them with us.): -wine glasses -kettle -bowls for Muesli - sharp knivesThe house is really recommended! The driveway is an impertinence (huge holes on gravel). The house is for 6 people (only one coffee machine for a mocha) had to go buy a filter machine first. The bedding a scandal. A sheet and a blanket. In three weeks no one will stop by, no trace of cleaning. No sweepers so you could clean up yourself. Every week you had to fetch your bed linen 5km away. The house is otherwise very nice, the outdoor area is also impressive.
